Boring Weekend!!

This weekend was beautiful but was kinda boring. My boyfriend usually cuts the grass but when he comes home there is so much other stuff he wants to do that it nevers gets cut. So I cut it for him this weekend so he doesn't have to worry about it. plus I don't think it could have made it another week, it was looking pretty bad. How was everybody elses weekend? One good thing is Tim is passing through going to Florida so he gets to stop by and spend the night. Might not be along time but at least I get to see him. Sometimes I wish i had kids or something to get me busy on the weekends when he isn't home. But I am not going to have them until I get out of school or I probably want finish. I don't know how old you are or anything, I'm 23 and my boyfriend, the absolute love of my life, started truck driving again. He used to do this before I met him. I'm hoping it's just for the summer, but even that kinda sucks. We're a young couple and sometimes I think "what the hell? we should be out enjoying ourselves and having fun!" Meanwhile I sit here at home, waiting to see him maybe once a week for a few hours, ...bored. I understand that it's out of my control so I started working out and getting in shape more. (As in, mowing the lawn..great excersise!) and it's nice for them to come home, and us girls looking HOT! haha. I know it's hard...actually I'm getting SO lonely, he's my best friend.

I am 22 and so is my boyfriend. I met him in college, he started college and decided it wasn't for him. He always wanted to be a truck driver. One day he started looking on the internet for places that he might want to try and work for. I didn't worry about it, I though gosh this is just a phase and he will change his mind. The day he left to go to training I cried and cried. He has only been doing this for about 6 months now. So I know how you feel about being lonely. When he first started driving he would be gone for 2-3 weeks and home 2-3 days. but now he is home every weekend which makes it a little better, not much though.

I know what you mean about we should be out having fun. I go to school and I see these gf/bf holding hands and hugging on each other. I am thinking I sure wish my bf was here or I wish when I get home from school he will be there. Well nice hearing from you hope to here from you again.

Hi im new to truckZ. I live in Australia and I have been trying to find a site for us girls for ages. People dont understand our lifestyle. Its hard but i love the truck lifestyle even though i do miss my man. We have three children and he has been away for nearly 4 months plus out of phone range. The kids and i have only seen him twice this year. Its hard but once truck driving is in their blood its there for keeps.
Mind you my partner always says he hates it but a week off the road and he is back out there.
You get use to the time apart but you have your good weeks and your bad.

paraise the lord a grown woman with kids who understands even if you miss him you dont have time to get lonely much cause there is plenty to do when he is gone and when he comes home. sometimes i feel very out of place these days with the young couples and no kids i forget what those days are about. and im sorry if i sound mean about your being lonely things round here get so hectic i wish for him to be out two weeks and be able to take at least one of our daughters. this company he is home every week and they have a no rider policy.
well yall hang in there and if you get too bored you can spend some time taking care of my bunch. you will love lonely.
