My boyfriend wants me to go OTR with him, Whats it like?

Hey everyone, I am new to all this and stumbled acrossed this site hoping it will help me. I have been dating this guy,( it will be a year tomorrow ) and well a month or two ago he did the whole truck driving school got his CDL and has been with a mentor, now in two weeks he will be home for 6 days which I am excited for, but after those 6 days he is going over the road, for who knows how long... He really wants me to go with him.

What I want to know is how do other woman like being on the road with their man? And how they occupy the time? I am a pretty social person, I have a job ,a life, is it realistic to give up? Is living on the road a hard life? Is it fun? realistic choice? I mean I love my boyfriend and I have given a lot up for him in the past, and I am not worried about my job and all I am more like is this really a realistic lifestyle? How do others do it? If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it! Thanks..
