BugCatcher is on a distinguished road
His distant cousin, Tad Pole, found in swimming ponds all across our country, says Canada is at war with us too! They're gonna join up in the middle and eventually run everything out of Montreal, Quebec. We're all gonna be forced to talk French and convert to the metric system!

Zapata, Texas

The Sheriff of Zapata County, 43 miles southeast of Laredo, reports that Al Qaeda activity is evident in that area. F.B.I. and DHS have investigated and confirmed. One Afghan (OTM) is in custody, and others are being sought.

It is reported that OTM's are amassing on the Mexican side of the border, learning Spanish before filtering across with Mexican Nationals.

Two highways leading out of Zapata are Hwy 83 to Laredo and State Road 16 north. Drivers should use extreme caution in those areas. Terrorists want your rig.

Tennessee (08/27/06) reported a tanker truck parked under an over-pass on I-40 and hopefully this was first called-in by a HWW member, and/or at least reported to the Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC) in Alexandria, Virginia.

That information is very important, since the worse case scenario of 5 or 10 tankers sitting under over-passes, reported to ISAC from across the nation would activate law enforcement nationwide to be vigilant to any further activities, which may only be a rehearsal to an attack, but could be the actual attack.

Truckers are the front line, and your reports are very important. If you are not Highway Watch trained and processed into the system, please contact your carrier's Safety Director or visit www.highwaywatch.com for more information.

Stay Safe,
Dave Bertrand (HWW Trainer)
