Both carriers & drivers lose financially from driver turnover according to studies conducted for Truckload Carriers Association. Research by the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute at North Dakota State University found it costs truckload carriers an average of $8,234 to replace a driver.

I encourage you to visit my website www.Business-1st.info under “Commercial Drivers Legal Plan” for an overview of our services. Please take a moment to discuss them with your colleagues in detail as this is a service that no motor carrier should be without. You can provide this service to your employees as a “fringe benefit” or at no cost to the company as a “voluntary employee benefit”. Starting a Group Benefit Plan simply requires two authorized signatures & five completed member applications. Drivers can also opt to sign up individually as well. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me at your earliest convenience.
