Doing Some Research

Hi folks,
I'm contemplating the construction of a restaurant at a highly traveled area on Interstate 55.

Any particular "favorites" as far as national chains?
Do you prefer a "buffet" or cooked to order?
Anything that specifically appeals to you at a restaurant?
What do you consider a "fair price" for a meal?

Thanks in advance - Birdman

BugCatcher is on a distinguished road
Sirloin Stockade off I44 in Rolla has decent chow and is a personal fav going to or coming from OK. Country Buffet, Denny's, probably Cracker Barrels all up and down the highway off I55. About $10 seems to be the norm for buffets everywhere, $8 per meal unless is heavyduty beef (good steaks). What are you looking to build?
