Drug test

My dot physical came up a few days after I injured my shoulder. I was prescribed a narcotic for my shoulder, and it will showw on my drug screen. The doctor documented it on my papers but not on the paperwork they sent to the lab. Will they call my doctor to find out if I'm been prescribed the drug or what? I'm worried that dot will make me wait and drug test again but hell, I've been taking the pils for an injury and not working for a week. What do Ya'll think they'll do?

as long as it was prescibed for you and you have the presription(bottle with your name on it)i dont think it will hurt you...just be up front like you said you were and if they have a problem i think they call your dr first and then they will call you...i think it will be ok....
